Return Policy:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return
any item(s) sold by Bioenergetics Press within 30 days of the original shipping date for a replacement or an
applicable refund. The original shipping
and handling charges are not refundable.
To return an item, please include the name on the original purchase order
and a brief description of the reason for return. Please mail your package in a
prepaid, insured, traceable package to the address below:

All orders refused upon delivery will be subject to a 10% processing fee
plus shipping costs. We are unable to reimburse for return shipping and
handling costs, unless we have made an error with the shipment.
Please allow at least 20 business days for your return to be processed and
your credit card to be credited once your return has arrived at our warehouse.
We verify each unit for completeness and validate its working condition before
we are able to issue credit.
To facilitate exchanges, we will apply credit to your return, and you may
place a new order at your convenience. If you have an exchange for the same
dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling

courts of Marion County, Florida or the United States District Court for the
Northern District of Florida shall have jurisdiction over any such dispute and
that Purchaser shall submit to the jurisdiction of any such court.
(5) Notwithstanding the
foregoing, Purchaser shall be permitted to download one complete copy of their
purchase. In the event Purchaser transfers or sells said downloaded copy, all
other copies in purchaser's possession, including any copies saved as a digital
file, or in any other format, now known or hereafter created, shall be destroyed
or deleted.
